My work supports people navigating inflection points - moments of change, transition, complexity, and becoming - by restoring attunement across self, relationships, and the systems we inhabit (nervous systems, families, schools, workplaces, and beyond). When alignment returns, effort softens, momentum builds, and unique gifts can emerge more naturally in support of meaningful goals and visions.

I work with individuals, leaders, teams, parents, and communities navigating complexity and growth — strengthening relationships, realigning effort with purpose, and restoring momentum where it has become strained or diffuse. This work may include conflict resolution and repair, with skill-building in effective communication along the way. It may involve guiding future-forward, emergent leadership that anticipates what an organization will need next. Often, it includes creative and identity thresholds: moments when people sense a truer expression of themselves or their work, but have not yet created the conditions to fully inhabit it. I can co-pilot this kind of transformation as well.

I bring over 20 years of experience across higher education, government, law, technology, and the creative industries. I am an ICF-certified coach and Kaospilot-trained learning designer, with deep expertise in systems thinking and in designing conditions where people and organizations can adapt, collaborate, and thrive.

My practice is informed by training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), is trauma-informed, rooted in neuroscience and systems thinking, and anchored in curiosity about how we perceive — and participate in creating — our realities. Alongside my professional background, I bring lived experience of leadership, reinvention, and parenting, including raising a neurodivergent child. Through this integrated lens, I see that human capacity is often constrained not by ability or motivation, but by misaligned structures, environments, relationships, and nervous systems.

At the core of my work is integration: moving beyond insight alone and into aligned ways of being and living. This includes learning to stay present with discomfort, loosening the grip of self-doubt, and designing lives and ways of working that are coherently generative rather than extractive.

This mix of professional depth and lived experience allows me to meet people where they are — with rigour and compassion, structure and creativity — and to support change that is not just understood, but lived.
