Certified coach, ADHD life coach, licensed lawyer and former executive. I’ve worked across higher ed, creative industries, tech, government, non-profit, and entrepreneurship. I’m also an artist who recently reconnected with my voice through music project, AK AltA.
I have experienced several life transformations and realities: executive leadership, becoming a parent, divorce, grief, neurodivergent family dynamics, non-traditional relationships, career changes, and re-invention.
A voracious learner and ardent seeker, I’m into leadership development and systems thinking, neuroscience, social history, buddhist teachings, and the way we perceive or create our realities. I am IFS (Internal Family Systems) trained and trauma informed. I have worked intentionally with altered states including with psychedelics, meditation, and somatic practices - to feel more, see better, and allow myself to unfold. It is from some of these experiences that reconnection with myself as an artist has emerged.
Authentic Front is a project that encourages neuropluralism - the view that neurodivergence is a value, a strength. We do this by offering coaching and training to neurodivergent kids their families, and people in relationships - as well as to leaders and educators - and by speaking publicly about the unique value of neurodiversity and how to work with it so that neurodivergent people thrive.
In all of this, I’ve deeply explored what it means to truly integrate insight: to take what we learn about our values, needs, and boundaries, and enliven these by moving into more aligned ways of being and living. I’ve conquered imposter syndrome, learned to be with discomfort, and moved myself to design the life that I want.
This mix of professional depth and lived experience means I can meet you where you are with rigour and compassion, structure and creativity.
